We make all our products by hand, and while we try to keep most of our popular products immediately available, some may have a longer shipping time as we may need to make one especially for you. If it is time sensitive please let us know in the order notes and we will do our very best to have it ready for you.

Send gifts direct
We would be more than happy to post your gifts direct. With your order you can include an optional gift note in the 'Order notes' box at the checkout. We will then include a handwritten card with your order when we send it out.
Gifts can be returned or exchanged by the recipient as long as they are; unused and in the same condition they were received in. (Please note personalised items can't be returned).
Personalisation
Our products are so good we put our name on it and yours!
For €20 we will hand emboss up to 4 initials on our classic leathers. If you would like to have an item personalised, make sure to select the 'Add personalisation' option when adding the product to your cart and include a note at the checkout with the initials when ordering.
